The Church of the Santissima Annunziata was reconstructed in the early seventeenth century to replace an ancient temple, and it preserves a simple and fascinating architecture.
The facade is made of brick, and the main entrance features a simple stone portal, while a side portal dating back to 1611 marks the completion of the reconstruction work. The interior consists of a single nave with four chapels on each side, a transept, a slightly elongated octagonal dome, and a semicircular apse. The austere interior architecture is embellished with various works of art, including eighteenth-century altars and seventeenth-century paintings.
