The Promenade of Roseto degli Abruzzi

Whether it’s summer or winter, taking a stroll along the promenade is a true energy boost. The sea provides the backdrop for thoughts, and all you need to do is to look up to see the palm trees pretending to be in a movie.

The promenade extends for 6 km of beach and becomes the city’s main artery, a meeting point, a place to socialize or reflect in solitude. During the summer, the promenade comes to life, and the numerous activities, including beach clubs, pubs, restaurants, and ice cream parlors, are bustling at all hours.

It’s the perfect place for a relaxing walk or physical activity. Adjacent to the promenade are basketball, beach volleyball, and beach tennis courts. The promenade is definitely the favorite destination for runners and cyclists. Along the entire stretch of coast, there’s a bike path that connects Roseto to neighboring towns to the north and south, guaranteeing safety and fun.

Especially in the summer, but also at other times of the year, this area comes alive with cultural events and festivals such as concerts, fireworks displays, and beach parties.
